Welcome you to Social Business Creation (SBC)! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

Account Registration: You must register an SBC account to access our platform. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and change it regularly.

Intellectual Property: The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the SBC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You explicitly allow the SBC to use the information you upload to the platform for educational purposes.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You may not use any automated means to access our platform or collect any information from our platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Social Business Creation, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; or (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Business Creation, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.

Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 10 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
